When will my order arrive?
Standard UPS ground delivery can take as long as 7 - 10 days for the locations in the continental United States furthest from Pennsylvania.

May I ship items in the summer?
Items may be shipped year round. Warm weather shipping of chocolates requires the use of an insulated carton and a cold gel pack that will prevent chocolates from melting for 48 hours. "Ship to" addresses within two days normal ground UPS service from our factory can be shipped in an insulated carton. Anything beyond the 2 day ground radius will need the insulated carton and 2nd day air (Premium) shipping.

Do you ship on the weekends?
During non-Summer months we will ship during the traditional business days Monday through Friday excluding holidays. During our Summer Shipping months, (April 1 - September 30) or if shipping to a warm weather location, shipping will only occur on Tuesday and Wednesday. We can ship on Thursday to one-day destinations from our location. The reduced shipping days are to prevent any packages being delayed over the weekend in a location that would melt chocolates.
